CUSPA is delighted to announce that Mr Richard Hogan will be presenting to parents on the important topic of “Mental Strength and Resilience”.
The talk will be held in the school canteen on the evening of May 14th at 7.30 p.m. and is open to parents across the primary and secondary schools. Refreshments will be provided after the talk on the night.
Mr Hogan, who acts as counsellor in CUS at present, is a systemically trained Family Psychotherapist registered with The Family Therapy Association of Ireland. He writes every Thursday for the Irish Examiner where he explores mental health issues for teenagers, couples and families.
Richard was shortlisted for a Fulbright scholarship and he is often invited onto shows such as the Hard Shoulder with Ivan Yates (Newstalk), The Today Show (RTE) and Sunday am (TV3) as an expert in the field of human behaviour where he offers his expertise and strategies on how to overcome mental health issues..
