Parents

At Catholic University School, we recognise the vital role parents and guardians play in the success and wellbeing of our students. We believe in strong, open communication between home and school, and we strive to foster a close-knit, supportive community where parents feel informed, involved, and valued.

From the first day of Junior Cycle to the final exams of Leaving Certificate, parents are key partners in every step of their son’s educational journey. Through regular updates, parent-teacher meetings, newsletters, and our digital communication platforms, we ensure families are kept up to date with academic progress, school events, and important announcements.

Our active Parents’ Association also provides a great opportunity for parents to engage with the wider school community, support school initiatives, and contribute to the vibrant life of CUS.

Whether you’re helping your son prepare for school life, navigating subject choices, or attending a rugby match or school play, your involvement matters deeply—and makes a lasting impact.
