Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope both you and your family are having a wonderful summer.
Our school campus has been incredibly busy since our students finished school in June. Wonderful progress has been made on our campus redevelopment and preparations for another successful academic year are well underway.
We are pleased to announce that our Leeson Street school entrance has now reopened. While Stable Lane remains accessible, please note that our administration team and Parents’ Room have relocated to our Leeson Street entrance for your convenience.
This Monday, we look forward to welcoming our incoming First Year students to our Annual Sports Camp in Bird Avenue this is a fantastic opportunity for our new students to settle in, make friends, and begin their journey at Catholic University School.
On Friday, August 22nd, CUSPA warmly invites all incoming First Year parents to a coffee morning at the Conrad Hotel from 8:40 am to 10:50 am – a relaxed and friendly atmosphere to connect with fellow parents.
Additionally on Friday, August 22nd, the Leaving Certificate results are published. We are delighted to welcome the parents and students of the Class of 2025 back on to our campus from 10:30 am onwards and provide an opportunity to meet and celebrate this milestone in their educational journey.
Looking further ahead, I would like to remind you that our inagural CUS Gala will take place on Friday, November 14th. This special evening is one of the highlights of this year’s school calendar and will play a vital role in supporting our campus redevelopment and enhancing your sons’ learning experience for years to come. We hope you will mark the date and join our CUS family for what promises to be a wonderful night.
Finally, a reminder that our return-to-school timetable is published on our school calendar in the CUS app, we encourage you to check the timetable for all relevant dates and details.
Thank you once again for your continued support. We look forward to welcoming you and your sons back on campus and to sharing a joyful and successful year ahead.
Kind regards,
Mr. Clive Martin.
