CUS Community – United in Tradition and Excellence

Fostering Collaboration Among Students, Parents, Alumni, and Staff to Enrich the CUS Experience

At Catholic University School (CUS), community is at the heart of our ethos. Located in the heart of Dublin, CUS is a private Catholic secondary school for boys under the trusteeship of the Marist Fathers. We are committed to educating the whole person—mind, body, heart, and spirit—by providing a balanced environment that fosters academic excellence, personal growth, and social responsibility.

Our vibrant community thrives through active participation from students, parents, alumni, and staff. The Parents Association plays a pivotal role in supporting school initiatives, facilitating communication between families and the school, and enhancing the educational experience for all students.

Social awareness is a cornerstone of the CUS experience. Our Transition Year students coordinate the annual St. Vincent de Paul campaign, a registered charity effort that assists needy families over the Christmas period. This initiative reflects our commitment to instilling a sense of responsibility and compassion in our students

The CUS Union, our past pupils’ association, fosters lifelong connections among alumni, supporting networking opportunities and maintaining strong ties with the school community. Their involvement enriches our traditions and provides valuable mentorship to current students.

Through collaborative efforts and shared values, the CUS community continues to build upon its legacy of excellence, nurturing well-rounded individuals prepared to contribute meaningfully to society.
