NOTICE: Our 2nd–6th Year Application Form is large and detailed. For this reason, we strongly recommend that parents/guardians complete the form on a computer.

Application Form 2^nd – 6^th Year

We welcome applications for admission
to 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Year.

Below is the step-by-step process for applying to Catholic University School.

1. Application Submission

Parents/Guardians are required to complete the official CUS application form online.
Completed application form must be completed with supporting documents. Baptismal Certificate (If applicable), School Report (Two Most Recent), Proof Of Address

2. Admission Fee

An admission fee of €100.00 is required upon application submission. This fee is non-refundable and covers administrative processing costs.

3. Review Process

Applications are reviewed by the admission administrator.
Consideration is based on:
1. Available places in the relevant year group.
2. The applicant’s academic record and school reports.
3. Alignment with school’s ethos and values.

4. Interview (If applicable)

Selected applicants may be invited for an interview with the principal/deputy principal.

5. Offer of a Place

Successful applicants will receive a formal offer of a place in writing.
To secure the place, parents/guardians must return the signed Acceptance Form and pay a non-refundable enrolment deposit of €3,000.00 which will be deducted from the first term’s fees.

6. Confirmation

Once all steps are completed, a confirmation letter will be issued, along with details about:
Orientation programmes.
School policies and procedures.
Booklists and uniform requirements.
