Dear Parents and Guardians,

We invite you to our 1st Year Parent-Teacher Meeting. This meeting is an excellent opportunity for you to connect with your son’s teachers, discuss their progress, and gain valuable insights into their academic journey.

Date: Thursday, 18th of January 2024

Time: 4:15 pm - 6:45 pm

Our teachers will be stationed in their designated rooms, and there will be waiting chairs outside each classroom, making it easy for you to wait your turn to speak with the teachers. Our prefects will be available to guide you throughout the school. 

To ensure all parents/guardians have time with their son's teachers, we kindly ask you to limit meetings to approximately 5 minutes. Please see attachment the room allocation attached for teacher locations. 

Please note, due to ongoing building work, please use Stable Lane, which is situated behind the Institute of Education, for access. You will find black gates leading to the school yard, where you can proceed to the main reception.

Mr. N. Conway is unfortunately unavailable for tonight's Parent-Teacher Meeting. 

Due to the Junior Cup Match, Mr. J. Swanwick will be available from 5:30 pm.
